Art making has been a passion much of my life. For many years I worked as a graphic designer, while continuing to draw and paint. For the school year of 2023-2024, I had the privilege of teaching art and design at Southern Virginia University as a visiting assistant professor. I currently live in Eastern Idaho, where there is plenty of fodder, regionally, for landscape painting and enjoying the outdoors.
I have an art practice/art business, and participate in gallery and museum shows as well as art markets. I manage the art club for Ensign Peak Academy, a K-12 private online school, based in Mt. Pleasant, Utah. I also offer community and online art courses and lessons.
